Select only one: Search by Last Name or License Number or County, when you see the person your searching for select their name for for information. To get a complete list, leave fields blank and click on SEARCH button. All Certifications listed are in good-standing unless found on the Disciplinary Action page on this site. A PIP has 60 days from the renewal date to renew their certification before it is cancelled.
